" A kind of Meadowhawk - can't tell what species from the photos, which is typical for this family. It's a teneral, or newly emerged individual. It will mature in the next day or two and get its more familiar colouration - for males, the yellow will turn bright red." ID and comments by Robert Harding, Parks Canada
